Resepi BEBOLA UBI KELEDEK


Bahan bahan
:


1) 2 cawan ubi keledek (rebus dan lecek)
2) ½ cawan gula pasir
3) 1 biji telur
4) ½ sudu serbuk penaik
5) ½ cawan tepung gandum
6) ½ 1
kg minyak masak (untuk menggoreng)
7) Garam secukup rasa

Cara :
1) Gaul rata ubi keledek bersama gula.
2) Masukkan telur, tepung sedikit demi sedikit bersama serbuk penaik dan garam
membentuk doh. Uli doh hingga tak melekat di tangan. (jika masih melekt,
tambah lagi sedikit tepung)
3) Bentukkan doh bulatbulat.
4) Sementara itu panaskan minyak di dalam kuali.
5) Goreng doh yang telah dibentuk sehingga wwwarna keemasan. Angkat dan tos.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

BINGKA rice flour -

Materials : 1) 2 cups rice flour 2) 1 cup granulated sugar 3) 1 teaspoon salt 4) 6 cups coconut milk 5) 1 pandan leaf Method: 1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth. 2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise vapor. Close the fire and stir until thick. 3) The flat brass brush with oil. 4) Lift the leaves and pour the mixture into the pan. 5) Put in oven and bake on the bottom at 180 'C for 1 ½ hours / cooking. 6) Cool and cut. Ready to serve.
