Materials
:
1) 2 cups rice flour
2) 1 cup granulated sugar
3) 1 teaspoon salt
4) 6 cups coconut milk
5) 1 pandan leaf
Method:
1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth.
2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise
vapor. Close the fire and stir until thick.
3) The flat brass brush with oil.
4) Lift the leaves and pour the mixture into the pan.
5) Put in oven and bake on the bottom at 180 'C for 1 ½
hours / cooking.
6) Cool and cut.
Ready to serve.
