10 Resepi Kuih Raya Melayu : Resepi Bahulu Tradisional




Bahan-bahan:

10 biji telur
600 gm tepung
300 gm gula
Cara Penyediaan:

Pukul telur dan gula sehingga kembang. Campurkan sedikit tepung
dengan semangkuk kecil adunan telur. Pastikan jangan terlalu pekat dan
terlalu cair. Panaskan acuan dan jika menggunakan kaedah dapur
tradisional, letakkan bara api di atas dan bawah periuk. Tuangkan
adunan ke dalam acuan tetapi jangan terlalu penuh. Bakar sehingga
bahulu kuning keemasan.

BINGKA rice flour -

Materials : 1) 2 cups rice flour 2) 1 cup granulated sugar 3) 1 teaspoon salt 4) 6 cups coconut milk 5) 1 pandan leaf Method: 1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth. 2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise vapor. Close the fire and stir until thick. 3) The flat brass brush with oil. 4) Lift the leaves and pour the mixture into the pan. 5) Put in oven and bake on the bottom at 180 'C for 1 ½ hours / cooking. 6) Cool and cut. Ready to serve.
