resepi PUDING GULA HANGUS



Bahanbahan
:
1) ½ cawan gula ..dicairkan dalam loyang yg nak dikukuskan nanti
2) 1 tin susu cair
3) 1 fruit cocktail (asingkan airdan isi)
4) 5 biji telur
5) ½ cawan gula
6) 1 sudu teh esen vanilla
7) 2 sudu makan tepung kastad
Cara :
1) Panaskan kukusan.
2) Gaul rata semua bahan kecuali gula dan isi fruit cocktail dan tapis.
3) Sementara itu cairkan gula di dalam loyang hingga kekuningkuningan.
4) Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang gula tadi.
5) Tutup loyang dengan plastik glaze nipis dan kukus selama ½ jam.
6) Sejukkan kemudin terbalikkan dalam pinggan besar.
7) Taburkan isi buah fruit cocktail. Sejukkan.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

BINGKA rice flour -

Materials : 1) 2 cups rice flour 2) 1 cup granulated sugar 3) 1 teaspoon salt 4) 6 cups coconut milk 5) 1 pandan leaf Method: 1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth. 2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise vapor. Close the fire and stir until thick. 3) The flat brass brush with oil. 4) Lift the leaves and pour the mixture into the pan. 5) Put in oven and bake on the bottom at 180 'C for 1 ½ hours / cooking. 6) Cool and cut. Ready to serve.
