RESEPI PAU KUKUS ASYRAF



Bahan bahan
:
Untuk inti :
1) 200 gram kacang merah
2) Air secukupnya (untuk rebus)
3) 100 gram gula perang
4) ½ sudu teh pewarna merah
5) 1 sudu teh garam
6) 3 sudu besar minyak masak

Untuk pau :
1) 500 gram tepung gandum
2) ½ sudu teh baking powder
3) ½ sudu teh garam
4) 1 sudu makan gula
5) 1 sudu teh yis segera
6) 2 sudu makan shorterning [crisko]
7) 250 gram air suam
8) keratan daun pisang atau kertas minyak.
Cara :
Untuk inti :
1) Rebus kacang hingga separuh kembang dan kisar sehingga halus (kisar bersama air
rebusan)
2) Satukan kesemua bahanbahan
inti dan masak hingga pekat.
3) Setelah pekat masukkan minyak makan dan kacau sehingga rata.
Untuk pau :
1) Gaul rata semua bahan kecuali air.
2) Masukkan air sedikitsedikit
sehingga habis. Uli sehingga licin.Tutupkan dgn kain
lembab dan biarkan naik 2X ganda.
3) Tumbukkan adunan dan bahagikan adunan menjadi ketulan kecil. Bulatkan dan
masukkan inti .
4) Lapikkan adunan diatas keratan daun pisang atau kertas minyak.
5) Rehatkan adunan sehingga naik lagi.
6) Panaskan kukusan.
7) Masukkan adunan dan kukus selama 10 minit.
8) Buka tudung dengan perlahanperlahan
supaya air wap tidak menimpa adunan pau.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

BINGKA rice flour -

Materials : 1) 2 cups rice flour 2) 1 cup granulated sugar 3) 1 teaspoon salt 4) 6 cups coconut milk 5) 1 pandan leaf Method: 1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth. 2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise vapor. Close the fire and stir until thick. 3) The flat brass brush with oil. 4) Lift the leaves and pour the mixture into the pan. 5) Put in oven and bake on the bottom at 180 'C for 1 ½ hours / cooking. 6) Cool and cut. Ready to serve.
