RESEPI PAI TEE



Untuk inti :
1) 2 sudu minyak masak
2) 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
3) ½ biji sengkuang
4) 1 batang lobak merah
5) 1 keping tahu goreng.(potong dadu kecil)
6) 100 gram ayam/ udang. (cincang halus)
7) 1 biji telur(goreng dadar dan cincang halus)
8) ½ sudu teh garam

Untuk kulit:
1) 100 gram tepung ubi
2) 100 gram tepung gandum
3) 100 gram tepung jagung
4) 1 biji telur
5) air secukupnya
6) ½ sudu teh garam
7) ½ 1kg
minyak masak (untuk menggoreng)

Cara:
Untuk inti :
1) Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang putih. Masukkan isi ayam/udang. Kacau
sebentar.
2) Masukkan semua bahan kecuali telur dan kacau rata sehingga layu/masak.
3) Masukkan telur yg dicincang dan gaul rata.
4) Angkat dan ketepikan.

Untuk kulit:
1) Masukkan semua bahan kecuali minyak dan air. Tambah air sedikit demi sedikit dan
gaulkan sebati. Pastikan adunan tidak terlalu cair.
2) Panaskan acuan pai tee dalam minyak panas.
3) Celup acuan ke dalam bancuhan tepung.
4) Celupkan semula kedalam minyak panas.
5) Biarkan hingga kulit tertanggal sendiri.
6) Goreng sehingga kekuningan.
7) Angkat dan toskan.
8) Masukkan inti kedalam kulit pai tee dan hidangkan bersama cili sos.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
