Ingredients
1) 2 cups sweet potato (boiled and disheveled)
2) ½ cup sugar
3) 1 egg
4) ½ teaspoon baking powder
5) ½ cup flour
6) ½ 1
kg of cooking oil (for frying)
7) Salt to taste
Method:
1) Mix well with sugar sweet potato.
2) Add eggs, flour, little by little with the baking powder and salt
form a dough. Knead dough until it sticks in hand. (If still melekt,
add a little more flour)
3) Shape the dough bulatbulat.
4) Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok.
5) Fried dough has formed a golden wwwarna. Lift and drain.
