Materials:
1) 7 pot glutinous rice (soak for 5 hours and steam)
2) 1 kg sugar
3) ½ kg sugar
4) 1 cup water
5) 4 coconut milk
6) 1 teaspoon salt
7) 2 pandan leaves (Vertex)
Method:
1) Put the sugar, brown sugar, pandan leaves and water in the pot. Cook until sugar
Dissolve and filter.
2) Add coconut milk and continue to thicken the mask.
3) Add the steamed glutinous rice and stir well. Mix until smooth and shiny.
4) Put in pan and refrigerate. Cut and serve.
Ready to serve.
