Ingredients:
For bottom layer:
A) 1 cup corn flour
2) 1 cup sugar
3) 4 cups water
4) 2 pandan leaves juice made
5) pandan leaves enough (dibaut basket)
For top layer:
1) ½ cup corn flour
2) 4 cups coconut milk
3) ½ teaspoon salt
Method:
For layers below:
1) Heat kukusan
2) Blend all ingredients. Pour into a basket full of leaves ⅓.
3) Steam for 15 minutes.
For top layer:
1) Mix all ingredients well and cook on stove until thick.
2) Pour the mixture under the above layers.
Ready to serve.
