RESIPI TEPUNG PELITA Klasik



Bahan bahan:

Untuk lapis bawah :
1) 2 cawan tepung beras
2) 1 sudu teh kapur sirih
3) 45
cawan jus dari 7 helai daun pandan
4) Gula pasir secukupnya
5) Daun pisang secukupnya, dibuat bakul
Untuk lapis atas :
1) Santan pekat dari 1 biji kelapa
2) 1 senduk tepung beras
3) ½ sudu teh garam

Cara :
Untuk lapis bawah :
1) Panaskan kukusan.
2) Gaul rata tepung beras, kapur dan jus pandan. Masukkan ke dalam jag.
3) Masukkan 1 sudu atau lebih (ikut selera) gula setiap bakul daun pisang. Kemudian
masukkan tuang adunan tadi hingga ¾ bakul. Kukus sehingga masak anggaran 20
minit.

Untuk lapis bawah :
1) Gaul rata kesemua bahan. Masukkan ke dalam jag.
2) Tuang adunan tadi ke atas lapisan bawah yang telah masak.
3) Kukus semula hingga masak. (cucuk dengan lidi, masak jika tidak melekat)
Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

BINGKA rice flour -

Materials : 1) 2 cups rice flour 2) 1 cup granulated sugar 3) 1 teaspoon salt 4) 6 cups coconut milk 5) 1 pandan leaf Method: 1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth. 2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise vapor. Close the fire and stir until thick. 3) The flat brass brush with oil. 4) Lift the leaves and pour the mixture into the pan. 5) Put in oven and bake on the bottom at 180 'C for 1 ½ hours / cooking. 6) Cool and cut. Ready to serve.
