Resepi Kuih BINGKA KUKUS / bengkang kukuih



Bahan bahan
:
1) 1 cawan air
2) ½ sudu teh garam
3) 2 cawan ubi kayu parut
4) ½ biji kelapa parut
5) ½ sudu teh pewarna merah
Bahan sira :
1) ½ cawan air
2) 1 keping gula melaka (hancurkan)
3) 1 helai daun pandan, disimpulkan

Cara :
1) Panaskan pengukus. Sapu rata minyak pada loyang.
2) Gaul sehingga sebati ubi kayu, air & bahan pewarna. Masukkan adunan ke
dalamloyang.
3) Kukus selama ½ jam atau hingga masak. Biarkan sejuk. Potong kepada bentukbentuk
yang disukai.
4) Gaul garam bersama kelapa parut. Salut kepingankepingan
bingka dengan
kelapa.
5) Satukan gula melaka, air & daun pandan dalam periuk lain dan masak hingga
larut. Besarkan api dan didihkan hingga menjadi sira yang pekat.
6) Hidang bingka bersama air sira.
