Materials
A) 3 eggs
2) 240 grams sugar
3) 240 ml coconut milk or fresh milk
4) 1 tbsp pandan juice
5) 270 grams of wheat flour
6) 1 teaspoon ovallate
7) 1 tbsp flour, starch
8) a young coconut grated (ambilputih only)
9) Salt to taste
Method:
1) Eggs blended with sugar until fluffy.
2) Add coconut milk / fresh milk, and flour ovallate. Blend well.
3) Heat kukusan and rub the oil evenly on the mold.
4) Mix well coconut and salt.
5) Put a little oil just to the mold. Press up to full.
6) Pour the flour mixture just meet the mold.
7) steam until the estimated cooking for 15 minutes. Remove from mold.
Ready to serve.
