Materials
2 cm ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 / 2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup water
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cm cinnamon
2 stalks curry leaves
2 seed cloves
1 cup milk
Enough salt
6 boiled eggs, fried to golden yellow
4 large onion, cut round.
Method
1. Blend ginger, garlic, coriander, chili powder, garam masala. turmeric powder, black pepper, cumin with a cup of water.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Stir fry cinnamon, curry leaves and cloves until fragrant.
3. Enter the blended ingredients and cook until the oil breaks.
4. Pour the milk and salt. Cook until gravy thickens. Add eggs and onions. Stir until smooth.
