Ingredients:
For layers below:
A) 3 cups glutinous rice
2) 3 cups of liquid milk
3) ½ teaspoon salt
For top layer:
1) 4 cups coconut milk
2) 1 cup brown sugar
3) a cup of durian
4) ½ cup flour
5) ½ cup corn flour or custard powder
6) 1 tbsp sugar
7) 1 teaspoon salt
Method:
For layers below:
1) Mix well all ingredients
2) Apply the oil evenly on the pan. Enter the glutinous rice to the pan and steam until
cooking.
3) Press the cooked glutinous rice packed earlier
For top layer:
1) Blend all ingredients and filtered.
2) Pour slowlythe glutinous above.
3) Steam about half hour.
4) Cool new first cut.
Ready to serve
