Materials
:
A) 1 cup water
2) ½ teaspoon salt
3) 2 cups grated cassava
4) ½ coconut grated
5) ½ teaspoon of red dye
Sira material:
1) ½ cup water
2) a piece of palm sugar (destroyed)
3) 1 pandan leaf, one can conclude
Method:
1) Heat a steamer. Rub the oil evenly on the pan.
2) Mix until well blended cassava, & water coloring. Pour the mixture into
dalamloyang.
3) Steam for ½ hour or until cooked. Let cool. Cut to bentukbentuk
preferred.
4) Mix salt with grated coconut. Coating kepingankepingan
bingka with
oil.
5) Combine sugar, water & other leaves in the pot and cook until
soluble. Increase heat and boil until it becomes thick sira.
Six) Serve with water bingka sira.
