Ingredients
:
1) ½ wrap glutinous rice flour
2) 8 pandan leaves (chopped and dairy patinya)
3) ½ coconut grated (to be core)
4) 3 cups coconut milk
5) 1 cup brown sugar
6) 1 cup water
7) 1 teaspoon salt
Method:
1) Coconut grated denagn mixed sugar and cooked to a core.
2) Heat kukusan.
3) Use a clean glutinous rice flour with water and pandan extract to the dough
soft.
4) Form a soft dough bulatbulat
and the fillings inside.
5) Meanwhile, mix coconut milk with salt.
6) Put the dough in the container berinti and pour the milk around.
7) then steamed until cooked.
8) Cool.
Ready to serve.
