SPICY COOK mackerel : IKAN KEMBUNG MASAK PEDAS

The materials:
10 mackerel fish (fried first)
25 pieces of fire chili (crushed only)
5 large onion (cut into round)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 inch ginger (finely dimayang)
3 tomato seeds (for decoration)
3 pieces green onions (for garnishing)
3 tablespoons soy sauce and chili BOH

How to make:
Saute garlic, chilli and soy sauce BOH and some water, cook until boiling. Then add chili heat, garlic and ginger. When cooked pour the fish were fried first. Garnish with sliced tomato and onion. Ready to serve.
