Materials
:
1) 300 grams sago seeds
2) 1 cup sugar melaka (chopped small) or brown sugar
3) ½ coconut grated (soft division only)
4) banana leaves (cut into squares)
5) Salt to taste
6) skewers (cut small) to Sematan
7) 2 pandan leaves (in the water kukusan)
Method:
1) Rinse the sago with water and drain.
2) Mix the sago palm seeds and gram. Mix well.
3) The shape of the banana leaf like a cone to be cornhusk. Enter
above mixture into cornhusk half full.
4) Put the granulated sugar sesudu melaka or brown sugar.
5) Put the sago mixture of beans just to complete the Case (not too full,
left end of the leaf to fold cornhusk)
6) Fold the banana leaves Case. Stick stick stick to Sematan
7) Steam for 30 ~ 40 minutes.
