Ingredients:
For the filling:
1) 200 grams of minced meat
2) 2nd seed potatoes (diced)
3) pumpkin 1 large onion (ground)
4) 1 packet beef curry sauce
5) 2 red chillies (chopped)
6) 1 stick small carrot (grated)
7) Salt to taste
8) 1 tbsp cooking oil
9) soup and green onion leaves enough (sliced)
10) Fried Onion enough
11) 2 stalks of red chillies (chopped)
Seeding materials (9-11)
To plate:
1) 1 cup flour
2) 3 tablespoons cornstarch
3) 3 cups coconut milk
4) 1 teaspoon salt
5) 1 egg
Method:
For the filling:
1) Heat the oil and onion Stir.
2) Add curry sauce and cook until fragrant.
3) Put the meat and potatoes. Stir well.
4) Let all cook until tender.
To plate:
1) Mix all ingredients in a container. Stir and filter.
2) Heat kukusan.
3) Lightly grease the pan well with cooking oil.
4) Pour batter into pan and steam for ½ hour.
5) Remove the pan from kukusan and let cool.
6) Sprinkle fillings, coriander, spring onions and fried onions.
