Apam Gula Hangus - SUGAR unleavened burnt


Ingredients:1) 1 cup sugar2) ½ cup water3) ½ cup sugar4) 3 eggs5) 1 cup coconut milk or fresh milk6) 2 ½ cups flour7) 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda


Method:1) Heat kukusan.2) Beat eggs and sugar to rise and fluffy.3) Put the burnt sugar and wheat flour and bicarbonate of soda.4) Add coconut milk or fresh milk and mix well.5) Pour the mixture into the pan.6) Steam for 10 15minute.7) Cool and cut.

Materials : 1) 2 cups rice flour 2) 1 cup granulated sugar 3) 1 teaspoon salt 4) 6 cups coconut milk 5) 1 pandan leaf Method: 1) Blend all ingredients except pandan leaves until smooth. 2) Add pandan leaves and cook over low heat while stirred to rise vapor.
