Amaretto, ginger, soy sauce, and lime flavor baked salmon. Although this cooks up quickly, plan ahead to marinate the salmon for 1 hour.

Ingredients:
* 1/4 cup DiSaronno® Originale amaretto
* 1/4 cup light soy sauce
* 2 Tablespoons lime juice
* 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
* Salt to taste
* 2 salmon fillets (1-1/2 pounds each) skin on
* 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce (available in the Chinese foods section of your store)
Preparation:
Combine amaretto, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, hoisin, pepper, ginger, and salt. Add salmon fillets and marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly spray a shallow roasting pan with vegetable oil spray. Place the fish fillets in the pan, skin side down. Bake for 10 minutes.
Pour remaining marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes. Place fillets on a serving platter and pour reduced marinade over the top. Garnish with fresh asparagus and lemon slices. Recipe may also be used for salmon steaks.
