* For Sambal
* A little cooking oil
* 10 stems of red pepper (preferred if you want more spicy)
* 10 grains of rice Chili
* 10 pieces of small onion / red, sliced
* 3 cloves garlic, sliced
* 5 seeds Tomatoes, cut into 4
Shrimp paste * 5 cm
* 2 tablespoons fish kite Bilis-preferred cikit

For Chicken Penyet
2. Place all ingredients (except cooking oil) in blender, blend until smooth.

15. Feeling the resulting sauce, add salt or sugar according to taste if necessary .* Sambal can be prepared a day before serving meals. Store the sauce in the refrigerator. Heat the sauce before serving.

17. Add salt to taste in the broth-kite ayam. add sweet beauty, star anise, cardamom and coriander (you can insert directly sup bunjut kalo ade).
18. Heat before serving. Sprinkle chopped parsley and green onions in the soup when served.

20. Heat butter. Saute garlic, cinnamon, star anise and cardamom until fragrant.
21. Add rice self-dah ditoskan. Stir about 3-5 minutes.
22. Add the chicken stock, salt and cube chicken / meat. Wait until slightly boiling.
23. Move to the electric rice cooker and cooked like normal.
