Ingredients
:
1) 1 wrap agaragar
(Soak until fluffy)
2) 5 cups water
3) 1 cup brown sugar
4) ½ cup sugar
5) 3 cups coconut milk
6) 2 eggs
7) 1 pandan leaf
Method:
1) Enter agaragar,
water and pandan leaves in the pot. Cooking with fire
Medium to agar agar
crushed and boiled.
2) Add sugar and white sugar. Stir and let boil.
3) File ingredients
earlier in the pot to another. Let it boil.
4) Meanwhile, mix eggs and milk until well blended.
5) Filter the egg and milk mixture into the batter agaragar.
Stir and let
boil for a while.
6) Close the fire, and pour mixture into the pan or mold. \
7) Cool and cut.
Ready to serve.
