Material:
2 cucumber seeds
1 carrot seeds
2 red chillies
2 red onions (cut thin)
4 cm ginger (cut lengthwise Kecil2)
½ cup dried shrimp (soak and pounded finely)
1 cup peanuts (fried without oil, skin removed and pounded finely)
4 tablespoons sesame seeds that have been fried without oil
5 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
2 teaspoons salt
Vinegar 1 small bottle
20 pieces of salted radish (cut thin)
Method:
Cucumber, carrots, red pepper cut into 4 cm and cut lengthwise Kecil2.
Then add onions, ginger, dried shrimp, peanuts, sesame seeds, salt, carrots salt and vinegar mix average.
Lastly, a new add sugar.
Serving Suggestions:
Delicious when served with rice or eaten chicken with white rice only
Extension:
NOTE: Sugar should be included the last, to avoid Acar wither.
